How do we protect your data?
Both Moto-Tech and Kernel IT Services have robust IT systems with antivirus and firewall software to keep your data secure.
Any data collected whilst doing business with you will be kept whilst we are still working together. If work is completed, we may keep your data for up to 5 years in case we ever need to contact you again. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.
User data collected through analytical software is kept for 14 months, then deleted.
When entering into business with us (for example, when purchasing a product from our webshop), we reserve the right to send you information that is related to the service provided to you as well as information about any offers of other services we may be offering at the time.
If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, you should contact us.

Privacy policies of other websites
We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
